As a Sales Manager at Odozain, you will work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to drive growth and bring our platform to real businesses. You will play a key role in shaping sales strategy, building relationships, and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.
This role requires both creativity and discipline. We’re looking for someone who thinks beyond standard sales playbooks, takes ownership, and has a strong “get it done” mindset. The ideal candidate is proactive, solution-oriented, and confident in solving real business problems for customers.

Responsibilities
- Lead the entire sales cycle
- Achieve monthly sales objectives
- Qualify the customer needs
- Negotiate and contract
- Master demos of our software
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Relevant work experience for India and GCC
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
